Conversational Cloud is a service that brings together various products of Just AI company: the no-code chatbot builder Aimylogic, the speech generation platform Aimyvoice, the conversational platform JAICP, and others.
Just AI Global is a leading independent AI company specializing in conversational and generative solutions with over 200 corporate clients and about 140k users. Just AI helps businesses leverage the power of generative and conversational AI to transform manual and repetitive tasks into efficient automated processes, freeing up valuable time and resources for organizations.

Results: launched unified registration, migrated users to the new flow.
Most corporate and individual clients use multiple products simultaneously. However, each product requires a separate user account. The support team regularly received requests for simplifying the login process.
Additionally, the company planned to standardize pricing for all products, which required a unified personal account and payment system. Thus, the idea emerged to create a cloud service where users could switch between different products, make purchases, and manage their account. In the Conversational Cloud, several products were consolidated: the no-code chatbot builder Aimylogic, the speech generation platform Aimyvoice, the JAICP conversational platform, and others.
The team divided the work into three stages:
Announcement of the new service and marketing support. At this stage, we developed a landing page and added information about the new service to the company's corporate website.
Integration of accounts across different products into a unified personal account. At this stage, we created a customer's personal account and added the ability for seamless transition between products.
Creation of unified tariffs and launch of the marketplace.
For the announcement of the company's products consolidation into a cloud service, the following flow was developed:
The user learns about the new service on the company's corporate website.
From the website, the user goes to the cloud service landing page, which showcases the advantages of the new service and leads to sign up/sign in.
After registration or login, the user can navigate and start working in the selected product.
From one product, the user can switch to another and work in both simultaneously if needed.
In the first iteration, we prepared a landing page explaining the consolidation of products into an ecosystem.
From the landing page and product pages, the user can proceed to registration. By registering in one product, the user creates an account in all products simultaneously. Many states needed to be considered for the sign up and sign in flow. After registration, the user is directed to the selected product.
We added a menu to the navbar of each product, allowing users to choose which product to switch to. Users can navigate to another platform with the same data.
Users can edit their data in the personal account. Access to the personal account is available from different platforms.
The next step was to add a menu to different products with the current balance and selected plan. If a user wanted to top up the balance or change the plan, they would navigate to the purchasing page in the Conversational Cloud. In the next iterations, we planned to give users the ability to top up the balance directly in the menu without leaving the product page they were working on.
The unified registration process allowed us to increase registration conversions. Users gained the ability to switch between products without launching each one separately, speeding up their work with the company's services.
